The founding price is low because the platform's early and several lines are still coming. You keep that price for as long as you stay.
Each further outlet of the same registered business costs a quarter of your plan price, up to ten in all.

Questions about paying
Before you pay
- Do you give refunds?
No. Every payment is final. If a check fails or a badge comes off, the refund page says what we put right at no charge.
- What does the founding price mean?
The first 100 businesses pay about a quarter of the list price, RM168 on Verified Business and RM315 on Premium. The next 400 pay RM268 and RM502, the next 500 pay RM388 and RM726, then the list price. The 100 seats count both plans together.
- What does soon mean on a plan?
The line is not built yet, and we hold no date for it. If it matters to you, ask before you pay and we’ll say where it stands.
- I have more than one outlet. What do I pay?
A quarter of your plan price for each outlet after the first, up to ten in all. On Verified Business at the founding price, that’s RM42 an outlet. Above ten, ask for a price on the contact page.
- How does renewal work?
The plan runs a year, paid in advance, and renews on a saved card. We invoice 15 days before it ends, with 15 days of grace after. FPX cannot charge a saved account, so FPX payers get a Pay Now link by email.
- Can I stop the plan?
Yes. Switch renewal off from your account whenever you like. The badge stays until the year you paid for runs out.
